Everything You Need to Know Before Scheduling Your Appointment

By scheduling an appointment for services at Eyecology Studio, you are agreeing to be bound the following policy. This policy covers essential guidelines, including non-refundable deposits, procedures for late arrivals, rescheduling/cancellations, no-shows, and our accepted payment methods. Please review prior to booking.

A $50 non-refundable booking fee is required at time of booking and is applied towards total service cost. This fee may be transferred one time if rescheduled at least 24 hours prior to original appointment.

Remaining balance to be paid by cash, credit/debit, CashApp, Zelle, & Klarna Installments

Please arrive promptly for your appointment. You are allowed a 15-minute grace period before appointment is canceled. You will be required to book a new appointment with a new booking fee.

RESCHEDULES: 24 hours advance notice required. Deposit can be transferred first time. Second reschedule or less than 24 hours prior to appointment will be charged $25 reschedule fee. Reschedule fees are NOT credited towards service

CANCELLATIONS: New deposit required.

Clients more than 15 minutes late, with no communication, will be marked as a “NO SHOW” and BANNED FROM BOOKING (applies to new and existing clients).

 

 

System automated reminders and appointment confirmations will be sent via SMS and email in advance. If you do not confirm your appointment at least 24 hours prior, you will lose your appointment and booking fee.

 

PLEASE NOTE

  • BOOKING: Appointments must be BOOKED IN ADVANCE ONLINE
  • HOURS: By appointment only on weekdays and select Saturdays. Late appointments are accepted on Thursdays.
  • CUSTOM APPOINTMENTS: Appointment requests that start after 6:00pm on weekdays and after 2pm on Saturdays will incur an additional $25 accommodation fee on top of service cost.
  • CONSULTATIONS – Consultations are not necessary prior to booking, however Eyecology Studio offers consultations FREE of charge with NO OBLIGATION to commit to booking afterwards. Please contact the studio to arrange a consult. Virtual, phone and in-person consults are accepted based on artist availability.
